How the tip is calculated
The tip equals the selected percentage of the bill before tax by default. Add tax, an existing service charge or more people under the available options. Selecting “tip already included” prevents accidental double tipping.
Example
For a $75 bill with a 20% tip, the tip is $15 and the total is $90. Split between three people, each person pays $30.
